Dispersion Impeller
Application:Crushing,stirring and grinding liquid, emulsion and solid-liquid material.Widely used in the field of medicine and daily chemical.It plays as a common accessory for mechanical equipment.
Working Theory:The dispersion impeller is an accessory of the high-speed disperser. When it is connected to the main shaft for high-speed operation, the upper and lower parts of the dispersion inpeller will rotate, and a turbulent zone will be formed at the edge of 2.5-5mm. The upper and lower serrations of the dispersion impeller conduct high-speed shear, impact, crushing and dispersion of coatings, paints, dry powder, solid-liquid, etc. In order to reach the state of dissolution, dispersion and refinement.
Material:Stainless Steel 304.

Generally there are two kinds of dispersion impeller:
Inner hole diameter 8mm, impeller diameter:30mm/40mm/50mm/60mm/70mm/80mm/90mm/100mm/120mm/150mm/180mm
Inner hole 35mm+10mm slot,impeller diameter:200mm2/50mm/300mm/350mm/400mm/450mm/500mm/550mm/600mm
Impellor rod shold work together with the impeller to form the accessory.
P.S:Please check the following before use:
1. Whether the dispersion impeller gear is deformed,breaken or missing
2. Whether the impeller body is deformed or thinned. If so, please replace the accessories in time.
3. What is the suitable size container for different size impeller?
Generally,the container inner should be diameter 2-3 times of the impeller diameter,for example the impeller diameter is 10cm,it is better to choose the container diameter between 20cm to 30 cm.
4. Do not use in acid-base solutions

PS:Work as a whole part for disperser,please do not buy the rod only,but if you have your own impeller,it is ok.
Based on practical experience and the advice of experts, we can obtain the diameter of the dispersion disc by dividing the diameter of the container by 2.
1. If the material has good fluidity, we can consider choosing a dispersion disc with a diameter slightly smaller than the result of dividing the container diameter by 2.
2. If the material has poor fluidity, we can consider choosing a dispersion disc with a diameter slightly larger than the result of dividing the container diameter by 2. Also, the power part needs to be increased.
