Gas Washing Bottle

The gas washing bottle is made of a vertical cylindrical bottle with standard frosted neck, with a hollow plug at the neck, and two curved branch pipes with small balls are welded at the upper end of the hollow plug (the ball plays a buffer role).One of the bent branch pipes is welded with a section of thick glass tube with closed expanded bottom after entering the bottle, which is directly inserted into the bottle bottom along the center of the bottle. There are five small holes at the bottom of the end of the tube, which are used to disperse the incoming gas into small bubbles through the small holes, so as to increase the contact area between the gas and the absorption liquid. Another pipe is the gas outlet at the upper part of the bottle.

How to use gas washing bottle?
Clean the gas washing bottle, determine the washing solution (such as pyrogallic acid, sulfuric acid, caustic soda and other solutions) according to the gas to be washed during the analysis and test, put the bottle stopper into the bottle, and then connect it with the test devices. The gas is introduced into the bottle through the air inlet pipe, ejected at the tip, and scattered into small bubbles through the impact of the bottom of the bottle. The washed gas is discharged from another tube. If the test can not meet the requirement at one time, just connect another gas washing bottle, or add another washing solution until the gas meets the test requirements.
