Nichrome Inoculating Loop

Applided to agar slant inoculation of edible fungus culture medium.The user can complete the whole inoculation process of dividing, cutting and seed taking by only using this inoculating loop.

Material:Nichrome,can be sterilized,reusable.

Loop Diameter:1mm/2mm/3mm/4mm/5mm;

Length:60mm.

We can use the lnoculating loop according to different kinds of culture medium:
•Stick the material containing bacteria with the inoculation loop and scribe on the surface of the solid medium.
•Dip on the surface of the solid medium
•Put a little bacterial material into a sterile petri dish, pour the melted agar medium at about 48 ℃, shake well and cool.
•Stick the inoculating loop with the microorganisms and punctured into the semi-solid medium for deep culture.
•Pick up the bacteria material by the inoculationg loop and rinse it in liquid medium.
