Use Instructions for the Oil Bath:
1. The oil should be at least 1cm higher than the bottom of the oil bath before use.
2. Then turn on the power supply, and the digital display meter is on to display the current oil temperature.
3. Set the temperature according to the operation manual of the temperature control meter (attached) and select the temperature you need for work.
4. If the selected temperature is lower than the oil temperature, the heating does not work.
5. Temperature setting: press the set key to set or view the temperature setting value. Press the set key once, and the digital starts flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the setting mode. Press the △ key to increase the setting value and press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key, and the digital will change rapidly.
6. Press the set key again, and the instrument returns to its normal working state. The temperature setting is completed.
Precautions of the Oil Bath:
1. Add oil before use, and the oil level shall be above the shelf. Heating without liquid or low liquid level is strictly prohibited to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating pipe.
2. Do not frequently switch the power supply during operation to ensure the heater's service life.
3. If there is dirt in the liquid in the box, it should be replaced in time.
4. If the water tank is not used for a long time, drain the oil from the water tank in the working chamber, wipe it with a soft cloth and dry it.
5. All kinds of solutions are strictly prohibited from entering the bottom plate of the oil bath pot to avoid damaging the machine components.
6. The power supply shall be 220V 50Hz, the power supply power shall be greater than or equal to the total energy of the instrument, and it shall be adequately grounded to avoid accidents.
7. The instrument shall be placed in a ventilated and dry place to avoid working in an environment with high humidity.
8. All switches should be turned off after use, and unplug the power plug.
9. When the instrument breaks down, ask the professional to check or notify the manufacturer for maintenance.
10. The oil bath is suitable for both oil and Water. We can choose:
(1). Water, temperature lower than 95 ℃；
(2). 201# methyl-silicone oil, temperature lower than 170 ℃；
(3). Phenyl silicone oil, temperature lower than 250 ℃；
(4). 350# High-temperature heat transfer oil, temperature lower than 300 ℃.
