Stirring Oil Bath

The stirring oil bath is a new product combining the function of oil bath heating and magnetic stirring.
The machine adopts intelligent temperature control, so more convenient to use.
We have two holes, four holes, and six holes for choice. We can operate the temperature and stirring magnetic speed of each hole separately.

Technical Data of the Stirring Oil Bath:

1. Working power supply: 220V ± 10V 50Hz
2. Heating power: 1000-2000w
3. Shaking power: 50W for each working chamber; DF-2D, 2 chambers/DF-4D, 4 chambers/DF-6D, 6 chambers
4. Stirring capacity: 10-1000ml (for each working chamber); DF-2D, 2 chambers/DF-4D, 4 chambers/DF-6D, 6 chambers
5. Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃
6. Temperature control range: digital display temperature control, room temperature ~ 300 ℃
7. Magnetic stirring speed range: starting ~ 2400 RPM (each working chamber can be controlled separately)

User's Manual of the Stirring Oil Bath:

1. Before using this instrument, please add oil to the stirring oil bath. The oil level should be above the loading shelf.
2. Make the machine connected. Power on each working chamber can be controlled separately, and adjust the speed regulation knob switch to select the speed you need.
3. If the oil temperature controller is in the constant temperature state when the green light is on, it can be operated automatically (no more operations for users).

Precautions of using the Stirring Oil Bath:

1. The instrument shell shall be adequately grounded to avoid accidents.
2. All kinds of liquids are strictly prohibited from entering the machine to avoid damaging the host.
3. When not in use for a long time, cut off the power supply and place it in a ventilated and dry place.
4. The stirring oil bath is suitable for both oil and Water. We can choose:
(1). Water, temperature lower than 95 ℃;
(2). 201#methyl-silicone oil, temperature lower than 170 ℃;
(3). Phenyl silicone oil, temperature lower than 250 ℃;
(4). 350# High-temperature heat transfer oil, temperature lower than 300 ℃.
