If the input power is 380V,there are two kinds of wiring method:

Our user can choose the suitable heating pipe for the stainless steel water distiller according to our technical data.
Please disconnect the power supply before replacing the heating pipes.
All the operation should be done by a professional staff
Please study our wiring method carefully,if the wiring method is wrong,the temperature of water may rise very slow.

1.Can our spare parts be used for other stainless steel Water Distiller?
Generally speaking,yes.Our spare parts can be used for most stainless steel water distillers because almost they are all standard parts,but for some customized stainless steel distillers,we will have to measure the pipe diameter and look up for all the main technical data and choose the same parts.

2.How many spare heating pipe shall our user buy for spare use?
For 5L/h water distiller,please choose 220V/4.5W (SS 201 or SS 304 or Red copper material) only 1 pcs for spare parts.
For 10L/h water distiller,if we choose wiring method 1,please choose 220V/2.5W (SS 201 or SS 304 or Red copper material) 3 pcs for spare parts.
For 10L/h water distiller,if we choose wiring method 2,please choose 380V/2.5W (SS 201 or SS 304 or Red copper material) 3 pcs for spare parts.
For 20L/h water distiller,if we choose wiring method 1,please choose 220V/4.5W (SS 201 or SS 304 or Red copper material) 3 pcs for spare parts.
For 20L/h water distiller,if we choose wiring method 2,please choose 380V/4.5W (SS 201 or SS 304 or Red copper material) 3 pcs for spare parts.
For 3L/h water distiller(it is not from us),please choose 220V/2.5W (SS 201 or SS 304 or Red copper material) only 1 pcs for spare parts.

3.If our user's water distiller size is a bit different,can he buy our rubber sealing ring?
Please measure the diameter,the rubber sealing ring is elastic,if not so much difference,ours can still be used.
