The unique furnace door design makes the door opening operation safer and more convenient and ensures no leakage of high-temperature hot gas in the atmosphere muffle furnace.
PID microcomputer multi-program temperature control, up to 30 segments. The temperature control is accurate, the operation is simple, and the timing constant temperature function is also available.
The ammeter and voltmeter, respectively, know the real-time current and voltage of the heating element and can judge the temperature control in the furnace in real time.
High-quality high alumina crystal ceramic fiber is used, which has fast heat conduction speed, resistance to rapid cooling and heating is not easy to crack, and has an excellent thermal insulation effect.
K/S/B model intelligent thermocouple temperature sensor has a fast thermal response, stable temperature control, and can operate for a long time.
1200 ℃ for model K, 1400 ℃ for model Sand 1700 ℃ - 1800 ℃ for model B.
The airflow can be adjusted manually.
