H2O Labs Water Distiller for Water Quality Testing

The following are precautions for the use of H2O Labs Water Distiller:
1. When we use the instrument for the first time, it is recommended to use pure or distilled water to prevent scale formation. Add the liquid level to the red mark line of the liquid level window, which can be recycled for over half a year. If the fluid level is lower than the yellow line and the cooling effect is poor, add less water than the red mark line.
2. The connection between the distillation bottle and the condensate bottle is well sealed, and the sealing plug at the top of the distillation bottle is effectively connected with the solenoid valve through the hose to prevent air leakage. During the experiment, putting other sundries near the tray is prohibited to avoid affecting the accuracy of weighing.
3. The cooling effect will decline when the room temperature exceeds 25 ℃ in summer. When the room temperature is lower than 0 ℃ in winter, it is necessary to do an excellent job of cold protection and warmth preservation of the instrument to prevent the cracking of the condensing device from making it unusable. Connecting a supporting cooling device or tap water for cooling is recommended.
4. The measuring range of the load cell is 3 kg. If necessary, please use the time control mode. For two consecutive distillation experiments, the switch of cold water circulation shall be open after the first test to ensure the condensation effect.
