A stainless steel water distiller mainly consists of stainless steel evaporation pot, condenser, and electrical device. It is used to heat tap water to get pure water by distilled water. It is widely used in medical, health, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and laboratory departments.

Auto water cut-off theory:
*The heating pipe temperature increases when running out of water or the water level is too low.
*When the temperature has reached a certain degree, it will be tested by the probe, which will cut off the power and make a beep to prevent the heating pipe.
*The distiller will work again when there is enough water and the water level has reached a certain degree.
Here we recommend buying an auto water cut-off type. For the ordinary kind, it is economical, but the user will have to observe the window from time to time.

Precautions for using the Stainless Steel Water Distiller:
1. Only 5L can be family use, the rated voltage is 220V, for 10L and 20L, the rated voltage is 380V, the industrial power supply is required.
2. The water distiller should have access to tap water for water supply and condensation.
3. When the water pressure changes and the water inflow are insufficient, the condensation effect will decline. Too much steam in the water stiller body will press the water out of the body. If the heating pipe is exposed to the water surface, it will cause open burning. This situation requires intervention by the user.
4. The length of the water outlet pipe shall be at most 0.5m.
5. The length of the wastewater outlet pipe shall be at most 0.6m.
6. The user can test the outlet distilled water temperature. The average temperature is between 40-50℃. If the actual temperature is higher than 50℃, make the flow in water larger.
7. Be sure to use a clean outlet pipe, recommend to use a medical degree pipe. Sometimes the user has operated the stainless steel water distiller quite well but still needs to get pure water. This may be the main reason.
