Heating Digester

The heating digester is a container to place digestive tubes with samples and digestive solution to digest at a constant temperature. The sample can be thoroughly digested and used for instrumental analysis and chemical analysis. Scope of digestive samples: various water samples, biological samples (blood, urine, hair), cosmetics, etc.

How to use the heating digester for general samples:

1. Food Sample:
(1). Set the heating digester working temperature to 120 ℃.
(2). Liquid samples (such as wine, purified water, natural water, etc.). Take about 1-10ml piece into the digestive tube, put into three glass beads, heat in the heating digester, heat till nearly dry, add 1ml digested solution, and then digest at 240 ℃ to almost dry, then calm and determined.
(3). General food(such as beverage,candy or granules, etc). Weigh 0.5-1 g into the digestion tube, add three glass beads and 10ml digestion solution, digest at 160 ℃ for 1-3 hours until the solution is clear, keep the constant temperature at 240 ℃ until it is completely digested, take it down until it is cold, and determine at constant volume.
(4). Food with a lot of grease and sediment:(such as meat, sausage, milk powder, or chocolate, etc.). Weigh 3-5g samples into the digestion tube, add three glass beads and 10ml digestion solutions, heated on the digester for 3 hours at a temperature of about 160 ℃ until it is completely digested. When the solution is clear, keep the constant temperature at 240 ℃ until it is completely digested, take it down until it is cold, and determine at constant volume.

2. Water Sample:
Take 1-10 ml to the digestion tube, add three glass beads, heat at the temperature of 120℃ till almost dry, then add a digestive solution (clean water 0.5ml, dirty water 2 ml). Keep the constant temperature at 240 ℃ until it is completely digested and dried, take it down until it is cold, and determine at constant volume.

3. Hair Sample: Weigh 2g samples into the digestion tube, add three glass beads with 5ml digestion solution, heat on the digester for 0.5 hours at the temperature of about 160 ℃ until it is completely digested, then keep the constant temperature at 240 ℃ until it is almost dry, take it down until it is cold, and determine at constant volume.

4. Cosmetics Sample: Weigh 1-2g samples into the digestion tube, add three glass beads with 5-10ml digestion solution, heat on the digester for 1-2 hours at a temperature of about 160 ℃ until the solution is clear, then keep the constant temperature at 240 ℃ until it is almost dry, take it down until it is cold, and determine at constant volume.
