1. Product introduction of Mini Spray Dryer:
The mini spray dryer with cloth bag(also called dust removal filter bag) is mainly applied to produce microparticle powder in laboratories of universities and research institutes. It has broad-spectrum applicability to all solutions, such as emulsions and suspensions. It applies to drying heat-sensitive substances, such as biological products, pesticides, and enzyme preparations. Because the ejected materials are only subjected to high temperatures when sprayed into mist-sized particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these functional materials from being damaged after drying.

2. Main Features of our Mini Spray Dryer:
This model (ML-8000S) adopts a borosilicate glass material atomizing chamber, cyclone separator, and waste collection bottle. Which has excellent light transmittance, we can observe the whole procedure of the experiment. We also have stainless steel material atomizing chamber, cyclone separator, and waste collection bottle for choice. We recommend having an extra set of the stainless steel type.

(2). Easy operation.
LCD touch screen, we can adjust the following parameters easily:
Air inlet temperature, outlet temperature, peristaltic pump speed, air volume, and needle passing frequency.
(3). It is easy for the user to switch from manual operation to automatic operation:
Automatic control: one button start-up, after setting the spray process parameters, the peristaltic pump will start automatically when the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, and we can see the operation process on the screen. Press the stop key to stop the machine, and the device will shut down automatically and safely.
Manual control: if the process parameters need to be adjusted during the experiment, we can easily switch to the manual state. The whole experiment process is dynamically displayed on the touch screen.
There is a nozzle cleaner (piercing needle), which will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of the piercing needle will adjust automatically.
(4). Automatic protection function system:
When the user wants to shut down the machine, press the stop key, and the device will stop running immediately, except for the fan, to ensure that the heating part of the equipment will not be burned out due to incorrect operation.
(5). We can observe every procedure:
The spray, drying, and collection system is made of transparent, high-quality borosilicate glass materials so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment. The user can see the whole procedure.
(6) Built-in imported oil-free air compressor:
The particle size of powder spraying is normally distributed, and the noise is very low, less than 60 dB.
(7). Excellent atomization structure:
Two liquid sprays are made of high-quality stainless steel, with a compact design and no auxiliary equipment.
(8). PID control:
We adopt real-time PID constant temperature control technology so that the temperature control in the entire temperature zone is accurate and the heating temperature control accuracy is ± one ℃.
(9). Air inlet filter design:
It is equipped with an air inlet filter to keep the sample pure.
(10). Feed peristaltic pump design:
The feed peristaltic pump can adjust the feed volume, and the minimum sample volume can reach 80 ml.
(11). Good finished dry powder sample:
After drying, the finished dry powder has a uniform particle size, and more than 95% is in the same particle size range.
(12). Pierce needle design:
For dense materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (piercing needle), which will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the piercing needle can adjust automatically.
