The new MFL series muffle furnace adopts new intelligence PID control, and there is almost no power loss. Compared with general muffle furnaces, it has the following features.

Product Features of our muffle furnace:

1. Adopt HRE ultra high-temperature alloy processing components, so very long service life, high efficiency, and energy saving.

2. Rapid temperature rise, it only takes 30 minutes to raise the temperature from room temperature to 1200 ℃.

3. For Less heat pollution, we adopted new ceramic fiber insulation materials and an air insulation structure from the furnace body to the. The shell will not be scorching (about 50 ℃, such temperature will not hurt hands) after heating at 1000 ℃ and holding for an hour.

4. Exact temperature control, when the muffle furnace has run into a specific temperature state, the temperature uniformity of the inner working chamber can be ±5 ℃.

We cared more about the safety of muffle furnace users:
