Separating Funnel Shaker

The separating funnel shaker is designed to improve the extraction efficiency. The multifunctional sample rack is suitable for separating funnel, measuring cylinder with plug and colorimetric tube with plug.
It can hold 125ml-5000ml separating funnels and shakes 6-8 samples at a time. It is easy to operate, the shaking frequency can be adjusted, the digital timing function can meet the needs of various analytical experiments for extraction.

Instructions:

1. Medium speed use in the speed range can make the service life longer.
2. The instrument shall be placed on a firm workbench with clean and tidy environment,with moderate temperature and good ventilation.
3. Turn on the machine,the indication light will be on.
4.Speed and timing setting:
Press the set key to enter the speed setting mode. The upper flashing numbers indicates the speed setting, press the up key to increase the setting value and the down key to decrease the setting value. If you keep pressing it, it will increase or decrease till the value you need. After setting, press the set key again to switch to the time setting mode.
The lower flashing numbers indicates that in the timing setting mode, First set the hours, press the up key to increase the setting value and the down key to decrease the setting value. After setting, press the set key again to switch to the minute setting, press the up key to increase the setting value and the down key to decrease the setting value. After all parameters set, press the set key to exit the setting mode, save the setting value and return to the normal working measurement mode.When the time is set to zero, it indicates normally open mode and the timing function is closed.
5. Turn on and off the shaker:
Press the start key to turn on or off the separating funnel shaker. After setting the speed, press the start key to start the motor. The red light on indicates off and the green light indicates on, and the output starts until the motor is constant at the set speed. When the operation reaches the setting time,the output will be stopped, the green light on the left indicates off and the red light indicates on. Press the start key to close the output.
6. Test bottle clamp. When loading the test bottles on the vertical workbench, the test bottles with heavy weight shall not be placed at both ends of the workbench. The culture solution of each bottle should be roughly equal. If the number of culture bottles is insufficient, the test bottle can be placed symmetrically or filled with other equal solution to fill the empty space.

Maintenance:

1. The service life of the instrument can be longer by correctly using and paying attention to the maintenance of the instrument to make it in good working condition.
2. During continuous operation of the instrument, regular inspection shall be conducted every three months: check whether there is water, dirt, etc. falling into the motor and control unit; Check fuses, control elements and fastening screws.
3. The bearing of the transmission part has been filled with an appropriate amount of grease (No. 1 calcium sodium base) before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, the grease should be added every six months, and the filling amount accounts for about I / 3 of the bearing space.
4. After a long term of use, the natural wear of the instrument is normal. If abnormal noise is found in the motor after the instrument has been used for one year; The bearing of the transmission part is worn, and the belt is loose or cracked; We will continue to provide high-quality service and assist in handling failures such as failure of electronic control components.
This machine has super expansibility: with corresponding modules, it can support: computer 232 interface and EEP ROM to store data, which is convenient for comparison and test. It can collect data automatically.

Special tips are as follows:

1. If the instrument display is out of control suddenly, check if the external load has short circuit or open circuit.
2. Errors may occur when the machine is in use, and system failure may be caused when it is out of control. Please install external protective circuit devices (such as leakage protector, air switch, etc.)
3. When the machine is working, it should be placed on a stable and firm workbench. It should not be used on a flammable, explosive or no high temperature resistant places.
4. This machine is strictly prohibited to be used in places with flammable or explosive gases, corrosive gases or steam emissions.
5. When the machine is in working state, it must be watched by a specially assigned person. Do not touch the working container with your hand to prevent injury.
