The working theory of the Spin Tissue Processor:

This Spin Tissue Processor mechanically rotates and moves the tissue sample basket into different reagent tanks to be washed, fixed, and soaked until the tissue dehydration is completed. This treatment process can make the tissue transparent and wax permeable, keep the paraffin-supporting tissue in its original state and harden for embedding, achieve permanent preservation or use it for microscopic observation to judge pathology.
The Spin Tissue Processor is composed of hardware and software, and the hardware is mainly composed of the gas circuit and liquid circuit. The hardware consists of air pumps, solenoid valves, pressure sensors, multi-channel liquid accumulators, specimen cylinders, wax cylinders, and rotary valves. The software serves the hardware in real-time. You can check the ongoing programs at any time to determine whether each part usually works.

This machine can be widely used for dehydration of the human body and animal and plant tissues in pathological departments of hospitals, colleges, and research institutions. It is ideal equipment for pathological research and teaching.

7. Equipped with cradle anti-collision stop device: the most common spin tissue processor failure is the "clamping cylinder." That is, the mechanical arm fails to immerse the tissue in the reagent for various reasons during the process of suspending and moving the tissue sample basket, resulting in tissue processor failure.
