FAQ 1: What parameters do users provide before booking:
  3 parameters:Hole Diameter,Hole Mumber and Full Height.
  Parameter 1:Hole Diameter:usually it is the value of centerifuge tube or test tube outerdiameter + 1-2 mm.
  For example:if the centrifuge tube outer diamter is 15mm,we recommend hole diameter 16-17mm.
  Parameter 2:Hole Mumber:our user can tell us total how many holes in the rack,our user can even tell us how many holes in one row and total how many rows.
  Parameter 3:Full Height:What is the suitable height for a centrifuge tube rack?
  Many experiments shows the height to be 1/2-2/3 of the centrifuge tube full height can hold all the centrifuge tubes stably.
FAQ 2: How many days does it take to book the stainless steel centrifuge tube racks?
  If not big quantity our factory can finish in 3-5 working days.
FAQ 3: Can I see the finished product pictures before sending:
  Of course,we will send the finished product pictures and make our customers confirm before sending.
FAQ 4: Is there any difference between customized size racks and other racks I have purchased before:
 Almost no difference,the only difference is there are welding marks on the sides.
FAQ 5:What is the size error?
Of course there will be size errors but for the hole diameter and number,there must be no errors.For the full height,there will be 1-3 mm error.
FAQ 6:Can I book the exact length,width and height for my racks?
 Yes,but we will ask the MOQ of 5 pcs because we will cut the stainlees steel plate according to the real conditions, or it will be a waste of material.We recommend the space between each hole about 10 mm.Of course,our users can have the customized space.
