Water Bath Shaker

The water bath shaker is a biochemical instrument combining the function of constant temperature water bath and shaker. It is mainly used in scientific research parts such as medical treatment, petrochemical industry, health and epidemic prevention, environmental monitoring and so on. It is used for shaking culture of various liquid and solid compounds such as biology, biochemistry, cells, strains and so on. How to use our water bath shaker?

Instructions before use:
1. Please read the user's manual carefully before use.
2. The working surface of the machine shall not be excessively smooth (e.g. ceramic tiles, etc.).
3. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user shall not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and make sure it is well grounding.
4. The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in direct sunlight.
5. The speed regulation shall start slowly from low speed to high speed.
6. There may be some shift if high speed shaking, so it should be watched during use.

User's Manual:

1. Install the test bottle and keep it balanced. In case of dual function model, set the shaking mode. (see the last figure for detailed setting)
2. Turn on the power supply and set the time according to the scale on the machine surface. If you need to work for a long time, adjust the timer to the "normally open" position.
3. Temperature setting: press the set key to set or view the temperature set value. Press the set key once and the digital starts flashing, indicats that the instrument enters into the setting state. Press the △ key to increase the setting value and press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key and the data will change rapidly. Press the set key again and the instrument returns to the normal working state,the temperature setting is completed. The machine has two indication lights of heating and constant temperature to indicate the working state, and the indication value of the temperature gauge is the actual working temperature.
4. Turn on the shaking device:
(1) Turn on the shaking switch on the control panel and the indication light is on.
(2) Adjust the shaking speed knob to the desired shaking frequency.
5. Cut off the power supply after work, and set the speed regulation knob and temperature control knob to the lowest value.
6. Clean the machine and keep it clean.
4、 Precautions
1. The water bath shaker shall be placed on a firm worktable with clean and tidy environment and good ventilation.
2. The power socket provided by the user shall be grounded.
3. Do not move the machine during working.
4. Never hit the machine with objects.
5. Children are not allowed to approach the machine to prevent accidents.
6. Make sure the power supply is cut off before replacing the fuse.
7. Please clean the machine after use, and there shall be no water drops and dirt residue.
