Air Shaker

This product is a biochemical instrument combining the function constant temperature incubator and shaker. It is mainly applicable to the shaking culture of various liquid and solid compounds such as biology, biochemistry, cells and strains in scientific research departments such as colleges and universities, medical treatment, petrochemical industry, health and epidemic prevention and environmental monitoring.

How to Use:

1. Please read user's manual carefully before use.
2. The working plate of the machine shall not be excessively smooth (e.g. ceramic tiles, etc.).
3. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user shall not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and well grounded.
4. The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in direct sunlight.
5. The speed regulation shall start slowly from low speed to high speed.
6. The machine may shift to a certain extent if high-speed shaking, so it should be watched during use.

Instructions for use:
1. Load the test bottle and keep it balanced. In case of dual function mode, set the oscillation mode.
2. Turn on the power supply and set the timing according to the scale on the machine surface. If you need to work for a long time, adjust the timer to the "normally open" position.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:
Turn on the power and set the temperature: press the set key to set or view the temperature set point. Press the set key once and the digital flashing, indicates that the instrument enters the setting state. Press the △ key to increase the setting value and press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key and the data will change rapidly. Press the set key again and the instrument returns to the normal working state. Then the temperature setting is completed.
4. Turn on the shaking device:
(1) Turn on the shaking switch on the control panel and the indicator light is on.
(2) Adjust the shaking speed knob to the desired shaking frequency.
5. Cut off the power supply after work, and set the speed regulation knob and temperature control knob to the lowest point.
6. Clean the machine and keep it clean.

Precautions for using Air Shaking:
1. The air shaking shall be placed on a firm worktable with clean and tidy environment and good ventilation.
2. The power socket provided by the user shall have well grounded.
3. Do not move the machine during normal operation.
4. Never hit the machine with objects.
5. Children are not allowed to approach the machine to prevent accidents.
6. Make sure the power supply is cut off before replacing the fuse.
7. Please clean the machine after use, and there shall be no water drops and dirt residue.
