Sand Bath

The sand bath is suitable for chemical analysis, physical measurement, industrial use, etc. It is a standard tool for measuring spillable or inflammable things.

Installation and User's Manual for the Sand Bath:

1. Put it on a dry platform, install a single-phase three-level socket at the power connection, and make the sand bath adequately grounded.
2. Turn on the sand bath and adjust the power knob. After the board surface reaches the service temperature, reduce the power appropriately.
3. Turn on the sand bath and set the temperature: press the set key to set or view the temperature value. Press the set key once, and digital begins to flash. It indicates that the instrument has entered the setting mode.
4. Press the △ key to increase the setting value and press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the △ key or ▽ key, and the data will change rapidly. Press the set key again, and the instrument returns to its normal working state. The temperature setting is completed.

Precautions for the Sand Bath:

1. Do not touch the panel cover during operation.
2. If it is not used for a long time, put it in a dry place.
3. Do not directly put liquid into stainless steel containers for heating.
When the sand bath works, it should be taken care of by a professional.
4. The heating temperature of the instrument is high. Do not touch the working container with your hand to prevent scalding. Cut off the power after work.
