Soil Drying Oven
Our MLT series soil drying oven adopts a simulated nature air drying mode to dry the soil. The inner drying air is roughly filtered and adsorbed by activated carbon. It is easy to operate and has high efficiency. Each sample room can be used separately.
Product Features of this Soil Drying Oven:
1. Adopt air heating circulation technology, simulating the natural environment to achieve the purpose of rapid air drying.
2. Adopt air filtration and adsorption technology to prevent cross-infection of soil samples.
3. We can control the temperature of each working chamber of the soil drying oven separately.
4. The sample room adopts stainless steel 304 material, avoids chemical corrosion and organic matter adsorption, and is easy to clean.
5. Each sample room has a plate to hold soil samples and samples with high water content, such as river bottom mud.
6. Each sample has a separate observation room, and we can observe the inner.
7. Equipped with castor with brake, easy to move.

Brief Introduction to how to use the soil drying oven
1. Connect to the power supply.
2. Switch on the on/off. When the light is on, it means the soil drying oven is working.
3. Prepare less than 1 kg of soil as a sample and put it into one of the working chambers.
4. Temperature Setting: press the 'set' key once to set up or look up the setting value. We press the 'set' key once, and the digit flashes, meaning it is in setting mode. Press the 'up' key to add the value and the 'down' key to reduce the value. Long press the 'up' or 'down' key to change the value continuously; after setting the value, press the 'set' key to go back to normal mode.
5. Error correction: press the 'set' key for 3 seconds to enter the 'error correction mode':this time, the parameter is E0.0, and press the 'set' key again. It displays 0.0, and it is just the correction value. If the actual temperature is higher than the controller displays, add the value; if the actual temperature is lower than the controller displays, reduce the value. After correction, press the 'set' key three times to return to normal mode.
6. All the sample chambers should be cleaned from time to time to keep them clean.
7. The soil drying oven should be ventilated and avoid direct sunlight.
8. If the environmental humidity is more than 60%, the machine should work together with the air conditioner or dehumidification machine.
9. Please do not blow the working soil drying oven directly with fans, or it will cause air backflow and secondary pollution.
