Vacuum Drying Oven
Vacuum drying ovens have the following advantages over ordinary drying ovens:
(1) Vacuum drying environment dramatically reduces the boiling point of an expelled liquid so that vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances.
(2) For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or granular items, vacuum drying can shorten the drying time.
(3) All mechanical components with complex structures or other porous samples are cleaned and vacuum-dried, leaving no residue after complete drying.
(4)It is safer and eliminates the possibility of oxide preheating explosion under vacuum or inert conditions.

1. PID control, accurate temperature control.
2. Double layer bulletproof toughened glass design, we can assure not only good tightness of the inner chamber but also good light transmittance. The inner chamber can be observed clearly. The inner chamber can also be filled with inert gas.
3. LED display.
4. All the heating, testing, and drying are done under an atmosphere of no oxygen or inert gas, so it will not cause any oxidation.
5. Independent vacuum function: the user can turn off the switch or use this vacuum oven as an ordinary oven and turn on the switch to use it as a standard vacuum drying oven.

PS: The vacuum pump is not included for model MZK-6020/MZK-6050.(Desk Top),the user will have to configure a vacuum pump himself, but for model MZK-6090/MZK-6210/MZK-500, no need for the user to configure the pump because the pump is built in.
